This mix was initially meant to coincide with Valentines Day but, because of one thing or another, never materialised. In hindsight it’s probably a good thing as it would’ve been pretty cheesy. Anyway, here it is, a collection of some of our favourite love-related tunes; a common theme in all music genres and one equally explored in African music. If the last track ‘Angelina’ sounds similar that’s probably because you’ve seen the ‘Lion King’- Oddly enough, Capihus Semenya’s song ‘Kube’ featured on the film’s soundtrack.
